Intraloque’s core technologies are protected by issued patents and pending patent applications in significant markets around the world, including the U.S., China, Mexico and Europe.

 

An original application was filed for a provisional patent application in the U.S. Patent Office. An international application for a utility patent based on the original provisional application was filed with the European Patent Office. National patent applications were subsequently filed in the United States, Europe, Mexico, and China. Patents granting the exclusive rights to the core technology were allowed in Europe and China in 2011.

A continuation patent application has been filed in China to cover the use of pre-stressed corrugated technology beyond the pallet industry. The European patent application has been nationalized in the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Turkey, Italy and Germany, and accordingly, patent protection is now in force in these countries.

Mexico will, by international agreement, allow the patent with substantially the same coverage as allowed by the European Patent Office.

The U.S. Patent Office is currently examining the first US patent application. Two additional related applications are pending in the U.S. and a separate patent application covering the machinery for pallet manufacturing has been filed.
